Phase III – Swimming Pools

On June 22, 2021 the Board approved the bids to move forward with Phase III. The cost is $3.4 million. Wright Brothers is coordinating the construction timeline and this phase will take approximately 8 months. This phase will consist of all work to the top of finished floor. Work includes the following:

Excavation/Earthwork
Wet/Dry utilities (existing utilities already brought into the pad site)
Concrete
Pool Systems
Electrical
Plumbing

2022

Oct 2022- The six-lane lap pool meets the requirements set by the National Federation of State High School Associations. It is 75 feet in length, 45 feet wide, and 12 feet deep. The recreation pool is zero-depth entry, has a lazy river, spa jets and bench seating, as well as water play features. All the underground plumbing and electrical conduits are in place for both pools. The concrete is in place and ready for the Sprung structure to go up
