Phase III – Swimming Pools
On June 22, 2021 the Board approved the bids to move forward with Phase III. The cost is $3.4 million. Wright Brothers is coordinating the construction timeline and this phase will take approximately 8 months. Stay tuned for progress reports and pictures of our progress, you can also see progress pictures on our Facebook page!
This phase will consist of all work to the top of finished floor. Work includes the following:
- Excavation/Earthwork
- Wet/Dry utilities (existing utilities already brought into the pad site)
- Concrete
- Pool Systems
- Electrical
- Plumbing
