Phase I – Site Improvements

The scope of work for this phase included frontage concrete sidewalks, installation of sprinkler irrigation sleeves and extending utility stubs for sewer and dry utilities. This project went out for bid in October with the project being award to Sunroc. Construction was completed in December 2019.
